NK Realestates is a real estate brokerage and sales advisory firm. We act as primary sales partner / channel partner for third-party developers — including DLF, Oberoi Realty, Sobha Limited, Signature Global, Godrej Properties, TARC Limited, Ambience Group, Birla Estates, Paras Buildtech and Yugen Infra. NK Realestates is not the developer, builder or promoter of any project referenced on this Site; construction, delivery, statutory approvals and RERA compliance for each project remain the responsibility of its respective developer.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and not to misrepresent your identity, submit false enquiry information, or attempt to disrupt the Site's operation.
